Founded by Wade Morris, Slow Smoke Bistro encompasses the passion that he has for good beer and great meat.

Our meat is slow cooked for up to 12 hours using Australian ironbark and red gum, giving it a flavour and tenderness that is unique to us. There is something for everyone on the menu, even if you don’t like smoked meat.
